Teachers day was conducted belatedly in our college’s Twin shed on . Principal Dr.T.A. Balaraja Swamy has cancelled the day’s classes. Final year students organised this programme. They collected Rs47,000/- . I contributed Rs1,000 voluntarily without knowing that before me Principal and Superintendent Babu contributed Rs1,000 each. They prepared an innovative invitation. The programme was started at 10.30 a.m, even though they gave 9.30 a.m in the invitation card. I, in the capacity of First year hod I/c along with ppl, ce hod (Sujatha), naga and sup- babu were invited on to the daisies. I gave a speech in Telugu about teachers day. This time opportunity came last but one before sup. Before me Naga covered lot of points. I was thinking of what to say. In the mean time, I joined Google meet organised by Director, DHTE, Puducherry regarding student’s metal health. I kept this silent. When I my turn came, As I am going to podium and was about to start my speech. Suddenly vizils and shoutings coming from students. On hearing these things, I wanted to tell them be silent, instead I thanked them for expressing their love. After speeches, Musical chair game conducted separately for lady and jent faculties. Principal was winner. I came third. Male staff 14 members participated.
