As part of our ongoing efforts to promote the rich cultural heritage of Tamils, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Polytechnic College, Yanam, is pleased to announce a special event under the Tamil Marabu subject’s co-curricular activities. We are organizing a day of traditional games that were cherished by our ancestors, offering a healthier, engaging alternative to combat the growing issue of mobile phone addiction among today’s youth.
This initiative aims to encourage students to reconnect with their roots, enhance physical and mental well-being, and promote social interaction through age-old games such as Pallankuzhi, Aadu Puli Aattam, Ezhu kal Aattam, Uriyadi, Noorankuchi and Kabbadi. The event will be open to all students and will foster a deeper appreciation for the cultural significance of these games.
