On 17-12-2022, wife booked tatkal ticket with the help of sorra srinu, as I was busy in the college, due to Board Examinations October 2022, acting as chief Superintendent. In the afternoon due to pressure from katta Anand, I sponsored Samosa and jilebi snacks for examination staff. In the evening, wife gave that ticket, which I put it in my shirt pocket.
On 18-12-2022, I went to shuttle as usual.wife woke up in the early morning and she is putting the cloths in washing machine. At around 10.15, as I was planning to take videos, I was looking for the green shirt, in which I put my tickets. I found that, it was washed and was hanged on the rope. Ticket was not there inside that pocket. When I enquired with wife, she told that, without searching my pocket, she put that shirt in the washing machine and she also told that, some paper came in pieces, while washing machine was running. Then I realised that, it was torn into pieces. I don’t know what to do Wife also scolding me. I went to ticket counter and asked for duplicate ticket, which he told it can’t issued,as it was tatkal ticket. On wife insistence, sorra srinu also came. His effort also went in vain. One passenger at that counter, came and told me that, go and try at samlakot and contact station master. But wife didn’t obliged to go early. When I searched internet, there also it was told that, 50%of fee or full fare will be collected for issuing of duplicate ticket. In the meantime through wife, I was able to get PNR no through wife’known person who was working in kakinada railway station. Wife’s relatives telling that, it is enough,but I told them that, hard copy is must. After some arguments with them, wife decided to cancel journey and even asked me to cancel return tickets. But after sometime, she decided to proceed, let us see what will happen. I along with wife accompanied by wife’elder sister and baby reached samlakot on malladi srinu’second hand car (6.5 lakhs) at 7.20 p.m (started at 5.20 p.m). Wife gave him Rs.1000. when we enquired at counter, it is up to the mercy of T.T. When I got inside the coach, T.T asked for ticket. I showed him the message. He insisted for hard copy. When I approached, he said , you are travelling without a ticket. I pleaded him, even take some amount. He refused and saying that, he can’t go against railway rules as he is old man and nearing service. He told me that, I again had to pay the full amount. For that he asked me to write the letter. I payed Rs.3,335 and gave me receipt. He said as a educated person, you should follow the rules.
0n 19-12-2022(Monday) reached Surat station by 9.30 p.m. Out of station, lot of agent’s were there to disturb us. We were able to avoided them. Went to near by panipuri and paid Rs.40 to him.He said there are lot of cheap hotels in the lane. You have to find out them. Initially went to Yuvaraj hotel and they told room rent per day is Rs.3,300. We came out and searched another hotel hotel merit. Initially they told Room rent per day is Rs.2500. After bargaining they reduced the price to Rs.1600. Actually we wanted to take room per day at Rs.600. But after looking at the safety parameters as wife is acompanying, We took this room. For that night, we ate chapatties we brought.
On 20-12-2022(Tuesday), morning, we went out. At the beginning, the reception counter person (muslim), tried to put a trap, that we should visit their factory sahid Hara. Instead, we decided to went to railway station at 8.30 a.m. There we met one Muslim auto driver named Asif and asked him to take us to ring road, however after conversation, he took us to Aruna Textile hub factory outlet, jogani mata mandir, industrial estate. Later only realised that, it was another trap. Intially one person came and shown me different godowns of sarees, lehengas and Kurtis. This type of people 2, 3 were there. In front of us one youtuber is taking video. Then only, I realised that one should not believe in this kind of videos. At saree section, one person was talking in telugu. There wife purchased around 1,21,000 and Rs. 2,62,000 of Kurtis (in the first floor , due to one employee who speaks cleverly by mentioning her as didi). As her budget of 2 laks exceeded, As my UPI limit exceeded for SBI and Indian Bank cards, she requested her sister Rama. Initially agreed to give RS.1,20,000, later backtracked cleverly by using her husband name. Baby gave Rs. 80,000 , Malladi vijay gave Rs. 20,000. My contribution was Rs. 73,000 (I gave Rs.20,000 by drawing excluding transportation and boarding charges). As wife’shopping was over in one day itself, I booked a 3ac ticket for tomorrow (Navjeevan express). It came around waiting list 30. 31. We stayed at that factory outlet till 8.30 p.m to see that parcel was done infront of us.
We checked out of the hotel by 9.00 p.m thinking that, tickets will be confirmed (as the position of rl/wl moved to 11 and 12. We went to hotel and ate some chicken curry with nons. I checked again, the PNR status, to my utter disappointment, rl/wl moved to 5 and 6 and chart is prepared. I don’t know what to do. Went to railway station, to check the current position. Unable to find reservation counter, contacted police and he shown me one broker to try at him. I thought he may give 3 A.C through black, but instead he will give only sleeper ticket to Duvusal and catch this Navjeevan there. I realised, it was risk and refused his offer immediately. He even told me that, he will take tatkal ticket and asked me to give my number, which I bluntly. After that he left, we also left. We came back to hotel merit at 10.00 p.m. This time, at the counter, they allotted different room at 3rd floor of same price, which was different from the previous one at first floor. I don’t what to do. Again I booked oka -puri train for next day, it also came in rl/wl. I tried for busses online. Boarding point don’t know. Travelling to Hyderabad is taking more than 24 hours time.
On 21-12-2022(Tuesday) requested wife to tell baby to try for tatkal at Net centre. After seeing their cold response, intially I decided to try tatkal online and put alarm at 9.40 a.m and slept. At 9.00 a.m, I went to outside, keeping wife at room. Tried at Net centre, they refused to take tatkal ticket and asked me to try at station. So I went there and searched Reservation counter. First, contacted police and fruits vendor station.and I was able to trace the Reservation counter. There I saw two lines for sleeper and AC already standing. Intially I took one form at the counter and I filled it. But later they told me that, I needs to write these details in the printed sealed form to given by TTE. I searched for him, he was not there. Contacted lady police and through her, I got that form from TTE. At that time was 9.45 a.m. so I filled all the details. I was able to secured a Tatkal 3AC ticket for day after tomorrow in Navjeevan express. At 12.00 p.m after eating Gujarati thali, this time we went to ring road. On the way one andhravala from chilakaluripeta got into our auto. After some conversation, he took us to milineum textile market, there he us to Bela fashion. It was another trap. Wife purchased Rs. 23,200 ( wife class mate Vignesh gave Rs.50,000 and Kumari returns Rs 10,000.). He shown us some shops. On the way, he is smoking cigarettes, which wife didn’t liked. Actually his plan was to travel along with us, as he is not having ticket. We escaped from him.
On 21-12-2022, as we went outside for dinner, suddenly my leg started paining. I thought of muscle pain. Again eat Gujarati thali (unlimited) for Rs.120. Mainly I eat lot of roties. Thier chaval (rice) is looking different. After went to the hotel room, I realised it was not muscle pain, but infact gas pain in the back bone, due to which my right leg was out of order. That night I had no sleep. Went to wash room 2 to 3 times as gas is coming out through mouth and buttocks. My body became ver cool.
The next day 22-12-2022, went outside to ring road on wife insistence at 10.00 a.m, even though I am not well. We get down at milineum market to have breakfast. While, we got down, one agent came and asked us to go to Surat textile market, to visit his shop. We avoided him. While we are having breakfast, wife told me that, he was signalling to another person. We straight away went inside the milineum market to look for any kids wear. Still, lot of shops not opened, while we are walking in that varandah, one person came from behind and introduced to us and took us to Sai creations at Surat Textile market. Later only realised that it was another trap. These shop owners are using multiple agents to trap people like us. At this shop wife was made to purchase Rs.55,500 of sarees. After that I asked them to make parcel, which he said give them up to 2.00 p.m. (asked 2 hours after shopping). Later they took us to Kurtis section, which was in the terrace, but after seeing, we came out without purchasing anything. Actually they are forcing us to purchase Rs.20,000. We escaped there and went outside to enquire about lady mannequins, which were costly and backside of ring road market . So we came back to Sai creations, and enquired about parcel as te is 2.00 p.m. They asked us to sit for sometime on the bed. As some customers came, we are left with no seat. We went upstairs and speak angrily. They give us seat in upstairs and in half an hour, they will ready everything. At 4 00 p.m, they readied parcel and we took videos. We went to crunch near station took chicken wings 6 pcs and two chicken spicy burgers and two coke dykes. Went to room and slept for sometime. There I felt that, bonding with wife was increased during this trip. Actually, we planned to check out at 10.00 p.m, as our train is at 1.15 a.m. But on the insistence of hotel people, we were forced to check out at 9.20 p.m. Again we went to crunch, and took 12 chicken winger pieces for both and French fries (middle salty). At 10.45 p.m, we came back to railway station. Our train navajeevan express (12655) came at 1.20 p.m at platform 3. T.T.E. came, I was sleeping, wife told the numbers. Without seeing my ticket, he left. Unbelievable and contrasting syle of TTES work.
