NSS Day – 2022 Celebrated at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Polytechnic College, Yanam

Today 24th September 2022, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Polytechnic College NSS Unit celebrated NSS Day. Competions were conducted to NSS volunteers to Elucidate their talents.

The details of competitions are as follows:

1. Essay competition: “The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intension”- (Only two pages)(First year Class room)

2. Speech competition: “The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intension” (at LRUC)

3. Painting Competition: “Service to the Society ; Service to the Nation ( at Drawing Hall)

4. Tug of war (at Green Garden)

5. Musical Chair (at Green Garden) Dr.N.Sozhan, The principal of the college waved the flag and inaugurated it. The HoD /ECE Mr.Velayudham, HoD/CE Mr. A. Chandrasegaran and HoD/First year Mr.V.V.L.P Raju along with all the staff members encouraged the volunteers. Mr.A.Jayaveeran NSS PO, Mr.K Tatarao, Lecturer / English and Mrs. K.Radha kumari, Lecturer /Physics mentored the NSS Volunteers. All the Lecturers and non teaching staff members supported and made all the arrangements for the NSS Day celebrations.
