The implementation of the 8th Pay Commission will lead to salary increases for Central government employees, along with an adjustment in the Dearness Allowance (DA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When set up, the 8th Pay Commission will also revise the pensions and allowances of Central government retirees.
