A few of them are:\u2022 Honesty and loyalty\u2022 Respect for work\u2022 Punctuality, regularity and discipline\u2022 Courtesy and politeness with others\u2022 Judicious use of resources\u2022 Taking initiatives\u2022 Efficiency in completing tasks<strong>VALUES AT WORKPLACE<\/strong>It is very important for an employee to possess a set of values in order to maintain a conducive atmosphere at the workplace. A few of them are mentioned below:\u2022 Honesty and loyalty for the organization\u2022 Respect for the work assigned\u2022 Punctuality, regularity and discipline\u2022 Judicious use of resources\u2022 Courtesy and politeness with coworkers\u2022 Efficiency in completing tasks\u2022 Willingness to take up new tasksHave you noticed , most of the values are same at both places , that means value is not just a rule, its one kind of behaviors of human nature.<strong><em>Actually the values of humans are interconnected with other values .<\/em><\/strong>. you can understand this from the diagram given below :-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bluepad-images.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/5ef04a8346eead0007430fe6\/2020-06-22T11%3A24%3A15.750ZRosemary-Values-Literacy-3.jpg?resize=642%2C427&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"642\" height=\"427\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">It is important that each one of us follows values in every sphere of life. What will happen to our society if values are not practiced? You can think of so many answers to this question:\u2022 loss of life and damage to public property;\u2022 break down of families;\u2022 no law and order;\u2022 crime and corruption;\u2022 alcohol and drug abuse;\u2022 abuse of women, children and other vulnerable members of the society and\u2022 indiscreet use and wastage of resources.<strong>There will be total imbalance in the society, if all its members do not practice values and&nbsp;ethics. Crime and chaos will rule and life will become difficult.
